In the midst of what some call a “slowing market”, Cheryle Rainey and the team at Ray White Bullsbrook are definitely not slowing, in fact, they have just taken over another competitor for the second time in only three short years.
With the takeover also came new office premises, “The purchase of the business and subsequent move of offices happened all very quickly”, Cheryle Rainey, Principal of Ray White Bullsbrook said. “The office was already well fitted out with individual offices and reception area, we gave it the Ray White touch and it looks very fresh and welcoming”, she continued.
With only two competitors now left in the area, Ray White Bullsbrook are looking forward to hitting the ground running in the new year and continuing to improve their market share, “Our market share has always been very good in the area and we will undoubtedly continue to improve on this. However, the greatest achievement from this takeover by far is that we are now the only agency in the area who offer a property management service.”
Cheryle and the team have also welcomed a new member to their team as part of the takeover, “We have welcomed one of the existing sales consultants into our team, Maggie Rees. Maggie has been a local resident for many years and brings with her a lot of local knowledge and local client. Im sure she will be a great asset to the team and we are excited to have her on board,” Cheryle said.
Ray White Bullsbrook will have an official opening which will coincide with Australia Day celebrations and will incorporate their current and previous clients as well as local trades people and community members.
Ray White CEO Mark Whiteman said the Bullsbrook office was one of the best stories of growth within the group, “The team at Bullsbrook continue to exceed every expectation and this latest development in their progress is a great example of their proactiveness”, he said. “We are very proud of Cheryle, John and the team”.
“The response from the community and our clients has been very positive and its even reinvigorated our staff. Local newspapers have spread the word on our move as well as other methods including utilising MyDesktop to communicate with our database has been very effective”.
This is certainly an exciting start to the new year for the team at Ray White Bullsbrook and Cheryle is looking forward to continuing their strong growth, “having the ability to take over yet another competitor is a testament not only to our staff but also the power of our brand”.
