Welcoming their former competitors into the Ray White Belconnen family was an easy decision for Principal Ben Faulks, who describes the culture as family oriented, caring and putting the customer first; something that aligns very closely with the values that have seen Ray White Belconnen become a real estate force in the ACT, and consistently achieve an enviable customer service reputation.
Ben credits this achievement to employing high quality staff and developing high level and centralised administration support, which was designed to act like a concierge service for Ray White Belconnen clients.
“One of the benefits of our coming together is that it gives us the scale to increase the scope of our service offering to our customers, as well as our staff,” said Ben.
And part of increasing this scope is with a dedicated property management team servicing the 1000+ landlords, who will work from a brand new specialist office headed by Sam Faulks.
Ben is excited to create an environment where the property management team can be the heroes of this brand new office, “we want to build careers for people who are proud Property Managers and create an enthusiastic and energetic work culture by combining the two existing teams with a streamlined and consistent backend system, which will allow us to deliver a superior service to our clients.”
And, the sales team will concentrate on what they do best, with Ray White Belconnen producing the first Alan White Elite Performing sales agent in Canberra, with four agents reaching elite status by the end of the financial year.
“There’s been Elite principals but not Elite salespeople in Canberra, and this financial year our office will have four. The mix of these people is fascinating, as they range in age from 22 through to 40+. We are really proud to be investing in our people and helping them grow and reach their goals faster,” he said.
