The Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory annual awards ceremony was held on Friday, 21 March 2014 and celebrated the most successful agents across the network.

Ray White Plympton sales agent, Wayne Seeman, has taken out top honours winning the prestigious Justin Kelly Award.

“The Justin Kelly Award is a prize awarded to individuals who have made a significant contribution to Ray White and the the overall culture of our network. Wayne is an ex-principal within the group, who decided to stay on with Ray White as a sales agent. He is an intrinsic part of our network and has acted as a role model to many emerging agents,” says Nick George, Managing Director of Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory.

Ray White Mount Barker took home the award for Business Owners of the Year, and sales agent, Anthony Coleman, received the award for the top-performing sales agent in South Australia..

Nick Mousellis of Ray White Darwin was named the number one agent in the Northern Territory.

“Both Anthony and Nick have consistently been top performing agents for our network which is a testament to their ongoing commitment to Ray White and to their local community. To be in the top-echelon of the network requires a constant contribution to the community week in week out,” Mr George explains.

Nick Psarros was named the number one agent based on number of sales in 2013, and has since gone on to open his own business in 2014 at Ray White Port Adelaide.

Paul Bateman of Ray White Northgate was named the number one selling principal in the state.

“Paul was the first individual in the network to achieve $1 million in sales. Paul has shaped his success around the network’s data model and has seen enormous results. His achievement reinforces the culture of our network.”

The Northgate office were also awarded The Choice Award, for receiving the highest rating in the state of South Australia based on client feedback.

“The inaugural Choice Award recognises the office with the best customer reputation as rated by clients. Ray White Northgate have illustrated their dedication to strong communication, results and care for their vendors in the community.”

For the fourth consecutive year, Ray White North East, took home the award for the number one office in the metro area, while the Clare Valley office were the top regional office. Ray White Henley Beach received the award for Excellence in Auctions.

“To be named the number one office in the metro and regional areas not only signifies achievements of the past year, but also recognises the ambition of these offices for the future.

“As a network, we pride ourselves on auctions and this is a well-deserved award for the young and dynamic team at Henley Beach,” Mr George concludes.
