Greg Cahill is keen to shake up the real estate industry in Western Australia’s Applecross with a brand new office and he intends to offer locals a fresh approach to their real estate needs.

In the industry for over 15 years, it’s fair to say Greg has grown up around the property market, with his mother owning the successful Kardinya office. Greg has been working in the Applecross / Mt Pleasant area for the last 12 months, but is now branching out to lead his own business.

“I’ve been in sales for fifteen years and management for the last 10, so it was a natural progression,” he said.

With a passion for marketing and doing things differently, he is dedicated to providing the best possible marketing strategy for his clients.

Ray White Applecross is focussed on delivering this point of difference and truly immerse the team in the local area.

“I plan on establishing the business in the local area and get to know the locals, and to find out what they want,” he said.

And, he says he is looking forward to it. “The area is fairly well controlled by existing agents that have been working here the last 15-20 years, and there has been complacency.”

“I want to offer a fresh approach and an exciting alternative to my clients by bringing in new enthusiasm and new energy.”

Greg will be joined by Jess Burton, who will look after the growth of Ray White Applecross’ property management business, as well as assisting in sales, with plans in sight to run a large and successful team to look after their client’s property needs, whether buying, selling or renting.

Ray White Applecross is now open for business at 2, 776 Canning Highway Applecross, (Corner Fletcher St) Western Australia. Drop in and meet the team.
