Helen Yan, the agent ranked number one in the REB top 50 women in real estate for 2016, has announced she is joining Ray White, opening a branch in Balwyn.
The top 50 rankings, which were released at a breakfast today, cements Helen as one of the highest performing agents in the country.
Named a finalist in the 2016 REB salesperson of the year award, and rated the eighth most successful real estate agent in the country via REB’s top 100 rankings, Helen said her decision to join Ray White was largely driven by family values.
“I am running a family business, and everyone in the Ray White team understand and appreciate family values. It not only creates a very friendly environment for my team and my clients, it’s a great atmosphere to be surrounded by every day,” she said.
Helen has worked in the Balwyn area since she started her real estate career six years ago, saying the suburb is popular with families largely because of the highly regarded local schools. An area also favoured by foreign buyers, Helen works closely with the Chinese community.
Ray White joint-chairman, Brian White, welcomed Helen to the Group.
