And with a block of land as big as ours, and a large park at the back, we only have neighbours on two sides so it is very private.”The home is only 900 metres from Gordon train station and express trains to the city. Located in the Killara High School zone, Ravenswood School for Girls is a two minute walk.“We feel very close and connected to the city but we have a private sanctuary at home,” Mr Swanger said.The large block was still relatively low maintenance with many natives in the garden that grow so easily with such good soil.Ms Probert said the five bedroom house was like a “hidden treasure”.“It’s important to us to have so many living or escape areas for privacy or work spaces.
