One of Melbourne’s top performing real estate agents Nazih Abbouchi is joining Ray White with a brand new office in the trendy suburb of Coburg in Melbourne’s north and he plans to shake things up by using an innovative approach to change consumers’ perspective of the real estate industry.
Nazih plans to do this by taking a realistic and honest approach to every transaction and setting the standard for customer service.
The top performing agent and a Coburg local for all his 35 years, Nazih sees a lot of potential in the Coburg area, which is has traditionally always been diverse, but is seeing a youthful revitalisation.
“We are seeing a lot of young families choose Coburg as an ideal place to live, and we are also seeing the effects of nearby Brunswick, with a slight alternative and hipster vibe moving in, but still a bit conservative,” said Nazih.

Drawing on his 10 years of industry experience, including residential and commercial sales and industrial leasing, Nazih will focus on residential and intends to deliver a valuable property experience to his customers, whether they are selling up, or finding their dream home.
Just 10 minutes from the Melbourne CBD, Coburg is increasingly becoming an in demand suburb due to its amenities and transport, “Coburg’s easy access to everything has made it the central point of getting into the west, east, south and further north,” said Nazih.
