With the strength of Australia's biggest real estate agency behind them, Directors Sami Karakas and Ben Jusufi are rebranding their business to become Ray White Dandenong.
With a combined 27 years of experience between them, the pair have worked in Dandenong since the beginning of their real estate careers. They have both formed strong relationships with their local community and believe this move to Ray White is the natural step in reaching that next level of growth.
“When I think of real estate I think of Ray White, and after being in the industry for as long as I have it’s easy to see that Ray White is the most successful brand,” Mr Jusufi explained.
“The sheer size of some of the Ray White businesses doesn’t compare to what we’re used to. If we want our business to grow then we need to learn from, and be among the best,” Mr Jusufi said.
Mr Jusufi said that it’s not only Ray White’s reputation and strong brand presence that drove them to join the family, but the unwavering support available from the corporate team.
“We chose to join Ray White because the structure and systems in place is something we’ve never seen before. With our previous brand we had a lot of freedom in terms of choosing our own operating systems, but ultimately this means there was no support from corporate. You join a franchise to have that support, the number of corporate staff available to help at Ray White is overwhelming,” Mr Jusufi said.
Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Domenic Belfiore congratulated Mr Karakas and Mr Jusufi on opening Ray White Dandenong.

For Ben, Dandenong is home, having been born and raised in the area. It’s not only becoming a hotspot for investors but Dandenong is now the most multicultural area in Melbourne.
“Both Sami and I are local so we live and breathe the Dandenong community. It’s so rich in culture and there’s some great pockets that are becoming really popular.”
