A rare development featuring Torrens title semi-detached homes in central Kiama is now selling off the plan through local agents Ray White Kiama and Vodaland.

“Most developments so close to beach and the centre of town are often strata apartments. This new development offers a rare opportunity to secure a brand new Torrens titled semi-detached home, right in the heart of Kiama.

“The Kiama market is really moving at the moment, we’re seeing a lot of buyers from Sydney investing in the area and we anticipate this development will appeal to Sydney-siders & locals alike” says Robert Moore, selling agent at Ray White Kiama.

‘Kiama Place’, at 12 Elimatta Place, is located less than 700 metres from Kiama’s surf beach, cafes, train station and town centre.

“There really is a shortage of land to build on in the centre of Kiama. This is a chance to secure a brand new home in a very central part of town,” says Mr Moore.

‘Kiama Place’ offers eight different designs of four and five bedroom homes. There are 32 homes on offer with completion due in 2015.

“Stage one of the selling campaign commences in early April. We are releasing 12 homes and four different designs in this initial period. Price expectations start from $630,000,” Mr Moore explains.

The luxury properties are architecturally designed by Sydney-based firm, Weir Phillips Architects, and feature sleek, contemporary design.

“All homes are of the highest quality. The open plan living areas flow seamlessly into the outdoor entertaining space.

“Land size is generous and ranges from 300m² to 460m² – which in some cases is around the size of a regular block of land in the area,” says Mr Moore.

‘Kiama Place’ is being developed by Kiama Gardens Pty Ltd and Austra Pty Ltd.
