Two of the most accomplished real estate agents on Brisbane’s southside have joined forces in business partnership at Ray White Calamvale.
Martin Ma, who has proven his success with the group and gained recognition in his community over the last six years, will now be a principal alongside Eric Li.
“From the day I entered the real estate world six years ago, it was a goal of mine to become a business leader and with the help of my friend and mentor Eric Li, I have achieved my goal,” Mr Ma said.
Eric Li said that Mr Ma played an integral role in the success of both his businesses, Ray White Sunnybank Hills and Ray White Calamvale.
“Martin has done an amazing job and we set goals for him to achieve this milestone; I feel very comfortable handing the reins of Calamvale to him while still constantly working together for our clients,” Mr Li said.
“We are always looking for fresh young talent in our industry, and to eventually grow them as leaders in our business.”
Mr Ma said that after starting his journey with Ray White in 2016, he knew that it was the right company to partner with for the long term.
“Many sellers and buyers have already developed trust in the Ray White name before they even meet you, and it particularly helps when you are dealing with interstate and international clients,” he said.
Mr Ma is very fond of Calamvale and its surrounding suburbs, where he is raising his own two children.
“I have lived here since I moved to Australia as a student; and it is a great place for both students and families alike,"
“It is a multicultural area and many new immigrants want to live here for its affordability, newly built homes, great schools and proximity to Sunnybank shopping and marketplaces,” he said.
Mr Ma said that he knows being a leader and principal is a whole different ball game to being an agent, but he has learned from the best in watching Eric Li.
“I like to think I am the hardest working agent possible for my clients; I spent many years door knocking every day, I do not leave until the job is done and I speak mandarin which is a huge advantage for clients with language barriers.”
