LOCAL agents Liam McDevitt and Robert Slekenics are set to bring their knowledge and expertise to the Walkerville community.
The new Ray White Walkerville franchise begins trading this month with the business owners ready to help their local community with every facet of buying and selling real estate.
Mr McDevitt brings with him 13 years of real estate experience while Mr Slekenics has an extensive 14 years experience in mortgage broking, including a very successful Loan Market franchise with his wife Rachel.
With this wealth of experience in the real estate and finance industry under their belts, and a very strong friendship between the two, they are excited to bring their knowledge and experience to clients in the north-east of Adelaide.
Mr McDevitt said the pair’s biggest asset was the unique combination of their real estate and mortgage broking know-how, which goes hand in hand when helping people buy and sell property.
“After selling for 13 years, you get a pretty good idea of the market. And for us, it’s about being there as a trusted advisor,” Mr McDevitt said.
“Clients come to us because they know we’ll be there when they need us. No matter what they might require, if they have questions and need advice about real estate or just want to know what’s going on in the market, we are always happy to help”.
Mr Slekenics said “people live very busy lives and want a one stop shop, so whether it is selling a property, buying an investment, needing a property manager or wanting to get the best deal on their home loan, we can provide this complete service for all of our customers”.
