One of South Sydney’s most prominent real estate agents, Billy Couldwell, announces the opening of Ray White Green Square Botany today.
As the doors to his new business opens, Billy and his team have listed 22 properties for sale and sold five.
“We’re already one of the fastest growing offices in South Sydney - we have been listing and selling before our office fitout was even complete,” Billy explains.
Operating in the Green Square area which encompasses Alexandria, Beaconsfield, Rosebery, Zetland and Waterloo as well as Botany, Billy says the area offers buyers huge opportunity.

“Historically the area has been industrial, but with the rezoning to residential there’s huge growth throughout the corridor.
“There’s an even 50/50 split between investors and owner occupiers and in the last 12 months alone, nearly 1300 sales occurred across these six suburbs,” Billy said.
Well known in the South Sydney precinct, Billy is an ingrained member of the local community, selling property for and to a number of South Sydney Rabbitohs players.
“We’re very community focussed and make sure we’re involved in local initiatives and familiar faces to local residents. We sponsor the Botany Rams rugby league team and like to give back to our community.”
For the Ray White Group, Billy’s move is a welcome one.

For Billy, his ambition is clear: to be the best.
“We’re already one of the fastest growing offices in South Sydney and our goal is to be the best performing office in the marketplace: getting the best results, offering the best service,” he said.
