REDCLIFFE Peninsula local Robert Green (pictured above) will be adding another feather to his cap with the opening of Ray White Newport - his fourth Brisbane franchise with the leading group.
The successful leader of Ray White Aspley, Ray White Scarborough and Ray White Warner will be bringing his team of experts to the Newport area as well as bringing on some new faces with local experience.
Mr Green knows his team has a lot to offer the Newport community - whether they are buying, selling or leasing. This expansion will allow the team to focus on high end developments and canal properties in the area.
“The canal system in the area is well known for the high and low mast canal homes which have a median sale price of above a million dollars. There is a bridge that separates Newport and most yachts can not get under the bridge therefore they call it high mast and low mast,” Mr Green said.
“We will be the only big name in real estate in Newport and my team have experience handling high end properties better than anyone else in the Newport and Scarborough markets.
“Not only this, we are also locals. I grew up on the peninsula and I am excited to continue growing our network in my own backyard.”
Off the back of several successful Ray White franchises, Mr Green is eager to continue his expansion with Australasia’s largest real estate agency.
“The reason we keep coming back to Ray White is that we are big believers in family values and the leading group also has so much power for us to achieve better prices for our sellers,” Mr Green said.
“The size of our group is our biggest strength. Newport joins the northside collection of five other offices and combined with the Ray White Group, we are able to access better technology, better systems and better support while still providing the same family values.
“We want the Newport office to be the number one name in the area and we are confident we can achieve this through our history of repeat clients and referrals in a community where word-of-mouth matters.”
Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew congratulated Mr Green on the opening of Ray White Newport.
“Robert and his team have always been a huge asset to the Ray White Group and we are thrilled to announce his latest expansion,” Mr Andrew said.
“Robert exemplifies a new era of leadership and his energy is in direct alignment with many of the exciting leaders that are emerging in the group.
“We look forward to working with Robert to make the Newport office a success and have no doubt he will continue to lead his team with energy, ambition and innovation.”
