Mr Rubinstein has just been crowned the number one residential sales agent in all of the Ray White Group in Australia for the fifth year in a row. “Hard work is the secret. It’s really that simple. You need to work hard and have effective time and energy management,” Mr Rubinstein said. “My team is a unit of five and our clients who list their properties with us and their properties take complete priority in all of our lives.” "We all have that attitude which I feel is powerful and we take this business extremely seriously. “I am only 29 years of age - this is only the beginning for me and everyday I am extremely motivated by what the future has in store.” He credits his team for all pushing in the same direction to achieve the same outcome to progress and do better than last month or last year. “My team and I have now won this for the last five years.
