Four key agents in the south-eastern pocket of Sydney have proven the strength of the property market, selling two properties before they had opened their new business, Ray White Kensington.
George Faris, Peter Delimitrou, Sam Zouroudis and Peter Fotopoulos opened their doors this week to a hive of activity.
“Buyers are motivated - we’re consistently seeing record numbers at open for inspections. Before we had even opened our doors, we sold two properties and have a third going to auction on 1st March,” says Mr Delimitrou.
Opening in Kensington was attractive to the four partners because of its central location.

Having more than 60 years of combined experience in the Kensington and surrounding property market, the partnership is confident it can deliver results to the local community.
