AFTER 47 years of ownership, Geoff and Maureen Hyles are selling one the largest parcels of land within the Australian Capital Territory.

'Castle Hill' is a 526ha property on the western side of the famous Murrumbidgee River, directly across from the Lanyon Homestead.

It will go to auction on Thursday, November 15 in the Members Dining Room at Old Parliament House along with four other smaller regional properties in what is believed to be a first for the venue, through Ray White Rural Canberra and Yass agents Simon and George Southwell.
