Local real estate agent, Tianne Youssef, is introducing a family-focus to her business as she opens the doors to Ray White Revesby this week.

“We’re a family business and the Ray White brand was a natural fit for us because of their strong family values,” says Ms Youssef.

“Our kids go to school in the area and we wanted to become a bigger part of the local community. We saw an opportunity to bring our expertise to an area we are passionate about.

“The property market is consistently gaining momentum. In the last 12 months 69 per cent of properties sold for more than $700,000.

“The median house price increased to $707,000 in February, compared to $650,000 in December 2013.

“We’re seeing further evidence of a strengthening market with an average of three out of four properties being sold under the hammer on auction day. The area is also seeing a quickening of sales with properties seeing very few days on market,” says Ms Youssef

Ms Youssef says the family ethos of the community is a major factor in the real estate market.

“There are 41 parks in the area which is very attractive to young families looking to buy. We’re also seeing an increasing rate of owner-occupancy at 72 per cent.”

The Ray White Group says that people are their most important asset.

“I met Tianne when she was looking to take her business to a new level. She found a new premises and made the decision to join us.

“As much as becoming a part of Ray White presents an opportunity for Tianne, she will equally bring strength to our Group with a plethora of knowledge, a passion for the community and the desire to succeed,” says Stephen Nell, CEO Ray White NSW.
