The highly experienced team at Ray White Upper North Shore is delighted to announce they have expanded and opened into leafy and lush Roseville.

Local area specialists Scott Phillips, Lisa Davies and Jessica Cao are excited to be the face of Ray White Roseville, along with Directors Greg Windel and David Walker.

Roseville, along with nearby Killara and Lindfield are well known for their beautiful, wide, leafy streets, filled with sprawling manicured gardens and charmingly restored federation and Californian bungalow-style homes.

The team has a wealth of experience in the local area, and are so excited to be opening their new business at 39 Hill Street, Roseville.

Having built a solid reputation in the Lindfield, Killara and Roseville area as the go-to agents, all three sales agents pride themselves on their integrity and solid work ethic.

“My approach is to always be open and straightforward with my clients and I will leave no stone left unturned in my pursuit to receive a premium result. I think this is what has allowed me to build such a strong reputation in my area,” Ms Davies said.

“We are all so excited to have a new home in the heart of Roseville.”

Roseville, Killara and Lindfield are all desirable location for families which provide space, peace and quiet without sacrificing connectivity to the hubs of Chatswood, North Sydney and the CBD.

Ray White Upper North Shore Director Greg Windel said leafy area offered a charming “village vibe” and was highly sought after for its impressively sized homes and blocks, considerably higher than the Sydney average.

“Roseville has a friendly community with plenty of amenities surrounding the train station and the Pacific Highway, also home to the Roseville Cinema, a cool independent Art Deco cinema.

“Over the past few years, popular cafes have arrived on the scene and added a modern vibe, alongside homewares and retail options. For us it was a natural move to expand into Roseville as we have worked closely in the area. We are all excited about the new business.

“Scott, Lisa and Jessica are all locals and they truly care about the area. I know that sounds like a cliche but this is their community and they take a lot of pride in the homes they sell.

“We are a local team with strength in numbers across our broader group, and part of the biggest property group in Australasia.”

The Ray White Upper North Shore group now consists of offices in Turramurra, Wahroonga, St Ives and now Roseville.

Dan White, Managing Director of Ray White Group, said the Ray White team on the Upper North Shore are a force to be reckoned with.

“Their relentless commitment to their clients, strong values and innovative approach is what sets them apart. They’re a team of genuine leaders with big ambitions. They have built a tremendous business and my family and I are so proud to have them as part of our family business for more than 10 years,” Mr White said

“We truly believe their best years are still ahead of them. We personally recommend their services.”

Ray White NSW CEO Andrew McCulloch said he was excited to see the Upper North Shore team expand into Roseville.

“We firmly see ourselves as partners, not franchisors, and this collaborative approach is very attractive to the next generation of business owners,” Mr McCulloch said.

“We are progressive and support our owners’ ambitions. We really have become a brand of attraction here in New South Wales for this style of high-achieving agents.”
