Powerhouse agents Stefan Stella and Vince Carnevale, who are no strangers to locals in Pascoe Vale, will be heading up the new business with the backing and support of Glenroy principals Mete Karan and Ziya Koksal.

“Pascoe Vale was the missing piece of the puzzle for us, and Ray White has such an amazing presence in this area already, between Glenroy and our neighboring offices,” Mr Koksal said.

“I believe that Stefan and Vince are without a doubt the best duo to elevate the real estate offering in this area to even further heights.”

Stefan Stella has spent 12 years honing his local area knowledge and servicing Pascoe Vale, having grown up in the area himself and now raising his own family there.

Having sold more than $800 million of property to date, Mr Stella has only expanded upon his successes since joining Ray White in July.

Vince Carnevale has gained recognition within both the Ray White group and across the industry, having worked in the industry for almost 30 years.

“Since opening our office with Ray White five years ago, we have experienced significant growth and the brand has also helped us find like-minded people to join our business,” Mr Karan said.

The team has quadrupled in numbers since moving from an independent agency to become Ray White Glenroy. Their significant growth has provided the opportunity for further market expansion, particularly in the past two years.

“It also strategically makes sense for us to be with Ray White due to the strength of the brand within our area, and the support of the Victorian corporate team and their technology offering,” Mr Karan said.

Stefan Stella described Pascoe Vale as a very trendy, up and coming suburb of Melbourne, with convenience to the CBD and beautiful homes.

“You have Brunswick and Coburg next door, which are both very trendy and upmarket suburbs, and that desire now sprawling to Pascoe Vale which also has options for people in varying price ranges,” he said.

“You can get a bit more space out here while still being connected to the city fringe, which is something that families really want off the back of the pandemic,”

“The housing is typically post war or californian bungalow style homes on larger blocks than you would see in inner city Melbourne,” Mr Stella said.

Vince Carnevale said that their main aim for the new office will be to recruit more excellent real estate professionals, engage with the local community and provide great service to an expanding range of customers.

“We already have an excellent team ready to go, and we look forward to adding more dynamic young professionals to our team,” Mr Carnevale said.

“We are looking forward to bringing a fresh, new approach to real estate in this area.”

Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Stephen Dullens congratulated the team on their expansion into the second office.

“Mete and Ziya have built such a fantastic business over their five years with the group and have firmly established Ray White as the go-to agency in the region, so we know that they will go above and beyond to service the Pascoe Vale community,” Mr Dullens said.

“We congratulate Vince and Stefan on their well-deserved move into business ownership, and that their combined 45 years of experience will bring a wealth of knowledge to the Ray White Pascoe Vale. We look forward to supporting them to do whatever they can to provide excellent service to their customers,” Mr Dullens concluded.
