Ray White’s marketing campaign for Michael and Carlene’s unit on The Block Glasshouse kicked off this week with 130 individuals inspecting the property at two private engagements.

Two invitation only inspections were held in three days by Matt White, selling agent for Michael and Carlene.

“We received an extremely positive response from potential buyers. The inspections weren’t open to anyone, we selected serious buyers and investors, buyers agents and Ray White colleagues with active buyers in the area to view the property.

“We reached capacity with 65 people inspecting the unit on both Monday and Wednesday this week,” Mr White explains.

Haesley Cush, auctioneer for Michael and Carlene’s unit, says the response after the inspections was positive.

“The general feedback shows promise. The design and build has been praised for how it complements the building’s existing commercial characteristics,” Mr Cush said.

The Ray White Group have backed the sale of Michael and Carlene’s unit with several members of the network introducing active buyers to The Block.

“We announced the sale to the network and have had an influx of agents indicating they have multiple buyers they would like to take through the property.

“One of our agents has three international clients she would like to get through this week.

“It’s the advantage of working for Australia’s largest real estate company - the national network of 12,000 members is supporting this auction and where it’s appropriate we have agents putting forward serious contenders for the purchase of Michael and Carlene’s unit,” Mr Cush concludes.
