Dynamic duo join forces to open Ray White Two Wells

With a combined 10 years experience in the real estate industry, the duo are part of a growing number of young principals joining the Ray White network.
Tracey, formerly at First National’s was a consecutive winner of the company’s Premier award since 2012, and also won the Diamond award, while Elle who has been rising through the ranks at Ray White West Torrens (Gawler), winning the 2015 rising star award at the Ray White International awards as well as the best career start award at the 2015 Ray White South Australia awards.
The two have decided to join forces and open their own office to expand the Ray White brand’s coverage in South Australia’s northern rural area.
Ray White South Australia CEO Nick George said it was exceptional to see young talent join the group, and looks forward to seeing the success that Elle and Tracey will bring to Ray White in rural South Australia.
“Both Tracey and Elle have strong and successful backgrounds in real estate, and I am positive they will make a positive impact on the community in Two Wells, as well as the Ray White South Australian network,” he said.
“Ray White offers a fantastic network, as well as the platform as the number one brand in Australasia,” said Elle.
“Our ultimate goal is to build the Ray White brand coverage in the northern rural area and to provide outstanding customer service to our clients,” added Tracey.
They hope to achieve this by creating a strong referral based business, and getting heavily involved in the local community.
“We will have a really strong community focus,” said Elle, “we’ll be present at as many events as we can, offer support both in sponsorship and our presence for local community initiatives, sports clubs and associations.”
They are also looking forward to setting up their own new initiatives including encouraging their local community to shop locally by offering promotions for local businesses through a Ray White VIP card.
“Above all, we want to offer our community honest and reliable sales people who continue to get the best prices for our vendors,” said Tracey.
