Dubbo and Central Western New South Wales agent Brian McAneney (Ray White Rural Dubbo) has become one of the first rural agents in New South Wales in Ray White to qualify with the prestigious Elite performer status in the company in this financial year.

Brian, a principal of Ray White Rural Dubbo, has now achieved the highest qualification in the company for salespeople.

Chairman of Ray White Rural and Livestock, Paul White, said the achievement is rare and is reached by less than two per cent of the companies 10,000 members.

“To achieve Elite status so quickly is a testament to Brian’s reputation in the region as the go-to agent for broadacre farms and lifestyle lots,” Mr White explained.

Brian has been working in the real estate game since 1985 and was born into a mixed farming and grazing operation in the central west of NSW. Brian is a registered valuer, licensed real estate agent, stock and station agent and licensed auctioneer.

He has achieved the rare Elite Performer status every year consecutively between 2007 and 2016, and says he owes his success to his team.

“I have enormous support from Frank Power and Jacqui McGowan,” Mr McAneney said.

“Brian is regarded by many as the first stop when it comes to real estate needs in the Dubbo, and he has conducted sales from Cassilis to the Queensland border town of Hebel, as well as Girilambone through to Wellington,” Mr White said.
