Vicki’s two decades in the business are a testament to her curiosity, resilience, and unwavering drive to stay one step ahead.
“I love being told I can’t do something, because then I go and do it,” Vicki said with a cheeky smile. “The Ray White Rural brand keeps me challenged, energised and always learning.”
As a dedicated local agent backed by one of Australia’s most recognised real estate brand, Vicki says the balance of community connection and national strength has anchored her growth.
“I love being part of my local community, but I also love knowing we’re supported by the largest brand in the country. That security, size and scale matters, it allows us to keep evolving”
Vicki credits her energy and motivations to the wins, both big and small, shared with her team and her clients. Her career is fueled by results and relationships, both of equal importance.
“It’s the results that come from the hard work, the growth of my team, and the future we are building. I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon, in fact, I feel like we’re just getting started.”
Vicki’s favourite part of being within the Ray White Rural network is the genuine sense of connection.
“Every office is unique but the people are the same at heart. We support each other. Whether you’re in Queensland or Victoria, you know you’re not alone. The job remains the same, but it’s the people that keep you here.”
The expansion into Eumundi was a defining moment that solidified Vicki’s love for her work and the brand she represents. The team has grown to 12 and their tenure with the team is a testament to Vicki and her leadership. As a business leader, mentor and now a grandmother, Vicki leads with empathy and is passionate about showing what dedication, grit and heart can achieve.
“When I started, there were only two women in the business. Now there are so many and all doing incredibly well. I’m proud to be part of that progression. And now, with a granddaughter, I can’t wait to show her what’s possible. That grit and hard work matters.”
Vicki is also deeply grateful to those who have supported her along the way, especially in the beginning.
“I am truly grateful for the support and kindness I received, especially from Peter Douglas Ray White Rural QLD, who offered genuine support, I will never forget how Peter made me feel”.
