This year, more rural agents in Ray White’s network achieved the top honours of become a Chairman’s Elite, Alan White Elite, and Premier than ever before.

The illusive achievement of being named a Chairman’s Elite in the Ray White Group is reserved for agents attaining more than 122 sales for the year or a significant value of sold property equating to being in the top 50 agents out of 12,000 members across 10 countries in the company’s network.
Ray Piper of Ray White Rural Tumut (pictured below) and Roger Lyne of Ray White Rural Dalby (pictured above) both attained this status. Stephen Nell the CEO of Ray White Rural said this was a rare and prestigious accolade.

“The agents that achieve Chairman’s Elite titles are often based in the likes of Double Bay in Sydney or Bulimba in Brisbane. Ray and Roger’s recognition in this space is testament not to the strength so much of their local property markets, but to the strength of their reputation and the quality of the results they deliver for locals in the Riverina and Darling Downs respectively,” Mr Nell explained.
“For context, the average agent in Australia might sell 20 to 25 properties annually, while Ray has sold 122 in his market for the year. This puts him in the top ten for volume in the entire company. Meanwhile, Roger’s expertise in agribusiness and farmland transactions has resulted in sales outcomes for vendors similar to those in the most prestigious markets in the most desirable locations.”
“Ray has been with us at Ray White less than a year and a half, after a career with Elders, while Roger has long been a leader with us, starting his business in 2002.”
The rural division of the company is also proud to announce that nine agents based in regional and country communities achieved Alan White Elite status, by selling either 65 properties for the year or getting sales values for vendors that place them in the top 3 per cent of agents.
