Well-known Wamuran agent, Terry Ward has expanded his business and opened the doors to the new Ray White office in Bellmere - the first agency to open in the suburb.
A family owned and led business, Terry has joined forces with his father, Don Ward, an industry veteran with nearly 40 years experience.
“Dad and I have opened Ray White Bellmere in partnership with my mother and my wife. It’s a family business in the true sense of the words,” Terry explained.
Owning an existing Ray White office in neighbouring Wamuran, Terry said the move was a natural step for his business.
“Our business is growing and it made sense to look at expansion options. Although there are lots of agents in surrounding suburbs who service the Bellmere market, there’s not actually a real estate office in the heart of the suburb. We thought we could add value to the community by providing a truly local office,” he said.
A big investment market, Terry and the team have plans to build a holistic real estate operation
“Bellmere is going through a transformative period with lots of development on the horizon. We’re seeing more interstate investors coming out of the southern states and our aim is to build a business that supports the property journey for everyone - buyer, seller, landlord and tenant,” Terry said.
