AUCTION metrics for Australasia’s leading real estate group have gone from strength to strength since the beginning of the 2021-22 financial year.

Ray White auction clearance rates have steadily increased since the beginning of the 2021 financial year. In July, the group recorded a 77 per cent clearance rate which rose to 81 per cent in August. In September the figure again increased, this time to 83 per cent.This is also in-line with average registered bidder numbers which jumped from 6.6 in July to 7.7 in August and now 8.3 in September. Average active bidders went from 3.7 to four to 4.1 between July and September.
