Ms Lever stepped into a leadership position three years ago, taking over from her late mother Sharon Jacka after 18 years at the helm of the business. Ms Lever’s family business has now expanded with the partnership between Ray White Albury North and local real estate stalwarts Andrew and Kim-Lea Kane. The Kanes have owned their family business for more than 25 years but are excited for their next step with Ray White. Mr Kane will continue as a salesperson while Ms Kane will be heavily involved in the office’s property management team.“They are really excited to be joining a national agency with a strong presence in the market and an organisation that offers a wider range of tools to better serve their customers,” Ms Lever said.“Ray White Albury North is a leading agency in the area and I’m thrilled to be partnering with two people who also have a wonderful reputation in the community and a wealth of experience.”The Albury region has seen some enormous growth over the past few years, especially from buyers coming from outside of the area. Ms Lever has also cemented her business as the leading auction agency in Albury.“We’re still selling the majority of our properties through online auctions and our clearance rate is over 80 per cent so the auction sale method has been really well received by buyers,” Ms Lever said.“It’s been a great start to the year with lots of fabulous properties coming on the market.“Roughly 65 percent of our buyers have come from outside of the Albury area, with many relocating for the lifestyle we have to offer here or investing into our community as it’s still seen as good value.”Mr Kane said the pair are delighted to be joining Ms Lever and Ray White.“We see lots of benefits of joining the Ray White Group. It’s a national franchise with a huge reach and we’ve seen Andrea’s success and are eager to help her continue to grow the business,” Mr Kane said.“We will still be doing what we love but now have greater capacity to help out clients and a larger team to back us.”Ray White CEO Tim Snell congratulated the Ray White Albury North team on their expansion.“Our business is built off the back of collaboration and engagement with each of our offices’ local communities. Both Andrea and the Kanes have a reputation for being more than just real estate agents and represent the best of our leadership values,” Mr Snell said.“We support the ambition of our people and this move represents continued growth in one of our most important regional marketplaces.”
