A focus on fun

What kinds of things are you doing to keep your agents engaged?
We've really been focusing on keeping things fun. We do Zoom personal training sessions two times per week as well as cocktail nights at the end of the week.
We have also been cooking together over Zoom. I call it "Watto’s Kitchen Wonders" where I send out the ingredients a few days before and then we all jump on a zoom and I tell everyone what we are cooking and we cook together.
We’ve also been doing Youtube yoga and daily 9am catch ups with the whole team so no one feels isolated.
We also have done some group resilience sessions with Mindsense creator Mike Duff.
How have your agents been spending their time e.g. securing listings, setting up auctions for post-lockdown or getting on top of the little things?
Each staff member made goals for lockdown at the beginning, for example, lose five kilos or call all databases and we send out a tracker each week to see where they are at.
What is the outlook for your office post-lockdown?
Most of the agent’s time has been initially getting deals done where they could. We called six auctions during Stage Four lockdown and sold four but now they are focusing on listing either now or setting up listing opportunities when we come out of it.
