JOINING the real estate industry back in 2006, Adam Sorrell has taken over the Ray White Rowville office as their new principal.
“The Ray White brand is well-known and well respected in the Rowville area and having lived here for the past 30 years, when the opportunity came up to take over the reins, I felt the time was right to join the Ray White family,” Mr Sorrell said.
Having worked for a competitor brand his entire career, Mr Sorrell said the support offered by Australia’s largest real estate group was also a big attraction when making the decision to join Ray White.
“I love the history of the brand. Ray White is a household name and very well known and respected by the general public,” he said.
“It’s also a brand that moves with the times and invests back into its people. The level of support and training is next-level and beyond comprehension. There’s no other group that has what Ray White has and I’m so excited to hit the ground running.”
Determined to create a business that is driven by customer service, Mr Sorrell’s core ambition is to build a team that is focussed on the customer experience and achieving outstanding results for their clients.
“My main goal will be to further strengthen the existing team and grow the office. They already have such a solid foundation so I’ll definitely be working with them to keep hold of the amazing culture that has already been built,” he said.
“We have a young, professional and energetic team who are passionate about real estate and achieving the best results for our clients.
