Long-time locals and veteran real estate professionals, Narelle Robinson and Fran Wernert have announced they are going into business together, opening the new Ray White Wodonga branch.

With a collective 30 years experience working across both sales and property management, Narelle and Fran said their decision to reopen the doors to Ray White came down to the opportunity it presented.

“Both Fran and I worked with Ray White for many years before we ventured off to try new things. We loved being a part of the Ray White family so when the opportunity came up, it was an easy decision to make.

“Our partnership works so well because I have the experience in sales and Fran is an expert in Property Management. We are so excited about what the future holds,” Narelle said

Seeing a positive shift in the Wodonga real estate market, both Narelle and Fran agree it’s a transformative time.

“We’re seeing lots of growth happening and lots of new industries are coming into the area. We’re seeing a lot of new development and yet, the market is still really affordable when compared to metropolitan areas,” Narelle said

“The rental market is performing really well - traditionally Wodonga has lower vacancy rates compared to capital cities. We’re seeing a lot of investors coming to the area and they usually get 5-7 per cent return on investment,” Fran added.

Ray White Victoria CEO, Domenic Belfiore, said he was delighted to welcome Narelle and Fran back to the Ray White family.

“We are so proud of this partnership. Narelle and Fran are growing their business organically through their solid reputation. They are both well-known and respected agents of the local community and we are so excited to support them as they grow,” he said.

For the team at Ray White Wodonga, their ambition is clear: be the most trusted source of real estate in town.

“We love helping people on property journey - whether they are buying, investing or renting. We want to be the sort of place you go to and have a good experience from the moment you walk in the door - no matter who you are.

“We’ll, of course, build our team, but we’ll never lose sight of that personal touch,” Fran said.
