The fourth business for Graeme, who also owns and operates Ray White Toowong, Ray White Stones Corner and Ray White Project Marketing, the Manly office will be led by Scott Kelleher - a long-time Brisbane sales performer and auctioneer.
“Scott has led the sales team at our Stones Corner office for many years. He is from the Manly area and saw an opportunity to expand. We’re excited to bring a new way of real estate to the community - when you think of Ray White Manly you’ll think of cutting-edge marketing and you’ll think auctions,” Graeme explained.
Describing Manly as a destination suburb, Scott went on to say that the local property market is in a buoyant state.
“Manly is a popular area for families because it’s a destination - you don’t drive through it to get to anywhere else.The real estate in the area is diverse so it caters to a lot of different budgets, making it an appealing place to buy into. We have everything from our high-end waterfront properties to apartments at the more affordable price range of around $350,000,” he said.
