To add to the total and demonstrating the value of long-term relationships, Mr Finger sold 1/2 Beach Street, Double Bay, for almost 11 times more than the previous exchange 30 years prior for $1.25 million.
The home is set exclusively on Double Bay Beach and has an 18m harbour frontage and private jetty, with uninterrupted harbour views to the north and district views to the east and west.
“The vendor called me a few minutes after exchange: ‘Well you did it again’,” Mr Finger said.
Also adding to the total a home occupying a dress circle position in what is unquestionably one of Australia's foremost streets, 38A The Crescent, Vaucluse.
Mr Finger sold this prestige property for close to $8,000,000.
This is the third major sale Mr Finger has handled for this vendor, totalling over $43 million in sales for the one family.
The next sold property resided in an exclusive address in Vaucluse.
“After only one inspection, eight handpicked buyers and 48 hours of listing the owners accepted a number north of $7,000,000. The owners were ecstatic and amazed at this seamless transaction,” Mr Finger said.
Next 17/535 New South Head sold at auction for $2.250,000.

The vendors sold to be closer to their family interstate.
