GEOFF and Daniel Schell (pictured above), joint principals of Ray White Rural South Australia, have successfully leased the 225ha ‘Roselynn’, Manoora property to a local farming family.
WINTER selling season got off to a roaring start with Australasia’s largest real estate group reporting a preliminary national clearance of 84 per cent, despite Melbourne’s second week in lockdown.
LAST week’s lockdown wasn’t enough to dampen the spirits of the Ray White Victoria and Tasmania network after achieving another personal best month in May.
WHILE the winter selling season has set in, the last weekend of May finished strongly and paved the way for a cold snap that is predicted to break previous market records.
THE Ray White Group has capped off a stellar month of auctions with an a-May-zing day in the field as Australasia's leading auction house set suburb records and defied the negative speculation around COVID-19 lockdowns.
AS June approaches, the market is beginning to cool slightly compared to last month but this winter is still predicted to be one of the strongest on record for the Australian housing market.
Cross-state pollination the key to success for Ray White QLD
MORE than 55 Ray White members from dozens of offices across Far North and Central Queensland have come together for their first face-to-face meeting in more than 18 months as Eagle Street in Brisbane played host to a full-day forum.
Twenty days into March 2021, the Ray White Group recorded a 76 per cent auction day clearance rate nationally while average registered bidders sat at 6.3 and active bidders were 3.5.
