My journey into real estate began when I joined the Ray White Molong team in reception, shortly after the devastating floods that impacted our town. What started as an opportunity to learn the industry soon grew into a genuine passion for property management.
Having moved from outback Western Australia to the Central West, I've always appreciated country living, rural communities and the people who call them home.
As a small farm owner myself, I understand firsthand the responsibilities and challenges that come with rural properties. From livestock and fencing to water management, maintenance and the everyday demands of farm life, I bring practical, real-world knowledge to my role that goes beyond traditional residential property management.
My portfolio spans a large area of the Central West, including Molong, Cumnock, Walmer, Cudal, Yeoval and surrounding rural districts. I manage a diverse range of properties, from residential homes to rural acreage. I enjoy being out on the road, meeting people and understanding the individual needs of each property.
For me, good property management is about more than collecting rent and organising maintenance. It's about building genuine relationships, being approachable, communicating honestly and finding practical solutions when challenges arise. I take pride in looking after my landlords' investments while maintaining fair and respectful relationships with tenants.
Since stepping into property management, I've worked hard to grow my portfolio, develop my knowledge and earn the trust of the people I work with. No two days are ever the same, and that's exactly what I enjoy about the job.
